Trio Fàilte
Trio Fàilte explore the rich Scottish fiddle and pipe music to create their unique versions of tunes, both old and new. Margaret Schlink (viola & fiddle), Fiona Davidson (fiddle) and Krista Low (cello), combine their diverse musical backgrounds to bring a distinctive new sound to the Scottish fiddle repertoire. Their music encompasses tunes from across Scotland, Shetland and even Brittany and Cape Breton; their innovative arrangements take you from slow expressive melodies to the driving rhythms of jigs and reels.
